How Does It Work
Gas absorption heat pumps work in a similar design to common electric heat pumps. However instead of using a compressor to transfer vapour refrigerant, GAHP's utilize a low power pump to transfer liquid refrigerant. By this method, there is very low power consumption, and an efficiency that can be as high as 150%.
